Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only, delivering to all seven emirates. Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AED 120. Orders below that are charged a flat AED 8 delivery fee, payable with Cash on Delivery.

We do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates yet. We're working on expanding beyond the UAE, so join our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To start a return, contact our team with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, reach out and we'll help arrange it based on availability.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
